About
Making complex work simple
Logan Watt - Director
Logan is a Chartered Manager (CMgr) with more than 15 years of experience delivering IT, programme and organisational change work across utilities, the public sector and financial services. Having worked in IT transformations for years, he has seen the good and the bad, and he has consistently watched real opportunities for improvement struggle to deliver their intended outcomes.
Why Valour exists
Valour Enterprises grew out of a simple frustration. Change programmes and AI conversations have a way of becoming complicated, full of frameworks, jargon and long documents, and the complication gets in the way of the thing that actually matters: making someone's working day easier, or a delivery genuinely better.
Logan started the company to keep things simple on purpose. Fewer words, clearer choices, and practical steps people can actually take. Simplicity is not a soft option. It is how you tell whether something is really improving, rather than just looking good on a slide.
Working principles
How the work is approached
- Plain English
- Complex topics explained clearly, so decisions are easier to make.
- People first
- The human side of change matters as much as the plan.
- Proportionate
- Governance and process sized to the work, not the other way round.
- Honest
- Clear about what is realistic, including what AI can and cannot do.
Not sure where to start?
That's fine. A short, friendly chat with no obligation is the easiest way to work out what would help.
